I am Irish born and have been working within recruitment in Australia since 2007.  

I have primarily always recruited within the Insurance industry; and it has been an area I have genuinely enjoyed working in. I feel quite lucky as I get to meet and work with some amazing people who want to make a difference and impact through the work they do.  

I joined the icare team in September 2021 and I really enjoy my role here.  My stakeholders (your potential reporting managers) have a tremendous passion for their team and the work they do; which strikes a real chord with me.

Master’s Degree qualified in Organisational Psychology, I also have a passion for building robust recruitment processes with a particular interest in psychometric assessment.
